•We maintain a small herd of cattle, therefore, we only butcher once or twice a year.
A good-sized Highland animal will weigh 800 to 950 lbs (Live Weight) which produces between 400 to 525 lbs. hanging weight.
Delivery is free within a 200km radius of the farm.


Whole, half or quarter

We take the animal to the butcher and you  decide what cuts you want. 

Our charge based on hanging weight:
Full:             $6.00 per lb.
Half:            $7.00 per lb.
Quarter:     $8.00 per lb.
NOTE: This does not include the butcher costs.
